Rizo Desserts has expanded its dairy dessert range with five new flavours designed to delight patients and support healthcare catering goals.
The new lineup includes Lemon Meringue, Mango Cream, Strawberries & Cream, Butterscotch and a lighter-textured Red Velvet Chocolate. Each dessert is made with real dairy ingredients – whole milk, pure cream and protein fortified. The result is a creamy mouthfeel with a lighter finish, ideal for morning or afternoon tea service.
Meeting New Healthcare Standards
These new additions meet Vic Band 1 nutritional standards, delivering over 800 kJ and at least 5 grams of protein per serve. They contain approximately 10 grams of fat per serve, are vegetarian and are suitable for IDDSI Level 4 texture-modified diets. As cook chill products, they offer extended shelf life and are fortified with calcium to a minimum of 200 mg per serve.
With their lighter texture, balanced nutrition and familiar flavours, these desserts continue Rizo Desserts mission to be the highlight on the tray – bringing comfort, variety and joy to those in care.
